I am a South Boston resident and neighbor of Clock Tavern, and I am increasingly frustrated because the Clock Tavern, its management, employees, and patrons, think the rules do not apply to them. The attached photo, publicly posted to Clock Tavern’s Instagram account, appears to show a male patron wearing a hockey helmet in possession of three alcoholic beverages at the same time. I intend to continue submitting documented incidents as they occur until Clock Tavern is held accountable and brought into compliance.
