    TONS of rats on E Springfield St. It seems like it's only getting worse, would love to know what the city is doing to try exterminate them? I know it's not a new problem but it doesn't seem to get better and only gets worse. Some of them aren't even as scared of humans and dogs as they used to be. Attached photo for reference. Seems like he was posing for the picture as I had the time to take out my phone open the camera and get this picture without him moving.
