    This is an ongoing issue that has been reported multiple times. A black sedan repeatedly drives around the block blasting music at an extremely loud volume, causing vibration throughout the house and neighborhood. The same vehicle plays the same music repeatedly and circles the block regularly. Photo attached showing the vehicle during the incident at approximately 6:35 PM.
