    Defective heater unit, heater inside is over heating due to being defective and is not blowing out hot heat no more that 2 and half hours a day. It doesn't come on during the day time or at night. Landlord isn't providing adequate heat and refuses to fix it. The buttons are broken, blowing out dirt & debris, the air conditioning turns on once the heat goes off.

    Traffic pattern not sustainable. The new traffic pattern puts residents and visitors at risk daily. No one can “predict” the lane shifts that far, making near accidents and road rage incidents a daily occurrence. This is from someone who lives in the city and is aware of the traffic patterns. Dangerous!!
