Pest Infestation - Residential
47 Gardner St, Allston, Ma, 02134At 47 Gardner St, Allston, in front of the brick building, there is a stone yard area beneath a tree where someone has been leaving bird food. Over the past two days, I have seen at least five newborn/baby rats crawling out of holes in this area in the day time. I have attached images with red circles marking the holes where I have seen the baby rats emerge. At night, adult rats also come out to eat the bird food. They are not afraid of people and frequently run across the driveway and yard. This feels very unsafe, especially at night, because residents have to walk through this area to reach the front entrance. Please inspect and address the active rodent infestation and food source before the problem gets out of hand and continues to spread.
