Extremely Bright Lights rear of 189 Warren Avenue Boston, MA 02116 Shining into neighboring residential building. -Exterior building Rear of 189 Warren Avenue 2nd Floor has these Extremely Bright Exterior lights on the Porch. Lights are so bright it shines directly into the residential units of 430 Columbus Avenue Boston, MA 02116 Building Rear. Beam shines not only in all rooms of my apartment (bedroom included) but also in many other apartments of our mid-rise residential building. I have my window shade closed and it is beaming through the shade. To put in context, with my window shade completely open the lights cast my own shadow against my wall. Lights have been on since this morning. Please help.
