    This incident occurred at the Walmart in Walpole. I am a person who uses a wheelchair, and a vehicle was parked in a handicap space without a valid handicap placard or plate. This is an ongoing issue in the community, where cars regularly park in handicap spots without proper authorization. It is unfair to those of us who genuinely need these spaces for accessibility. This happened on December 20, 2025, at approximately 4:03 PM.
