    Tenants from 252-254 Magonlia st, along with individuals from another locations, gathered for a rowdy party on July 4th. As a result, both the property and the surrounding park streets where left dirty and filled with trash. This has created an unsafe amd unpleasant environment, preventing children from being able to play in the area.
