    The North End in its entirety has been horribly disregarded from city plowing for this storm. The streets look like they haven’t been plowed at all. They are extremely dangerous to drive it. There’s inches of brown sludge and no Salt has been laid down. The city needs to come back and plow again and also enforce sidewalk shoveling from local residents and business.
