I parked my vehicle in front of 28 Sidlaw Rd and when I was ready to leave around 4:30 I find a row of wheeled barrels pushed up against the passenger side of my truck with one barrel denting the front side passenger quarter panel. Please advise, as 28 Sidlaw is comprised of many individual rental properties.
