202-204 Harvard Ave, Boston, MA 02134National Grid/utility roadwork is again occurring near Commonwealth Ave and Harvard Ave after midnight. I previously reported the same nighttime work on 8/25 under case BCS-00297786. CIU closed that case stating that National Grid's work is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The crew nevertheless worked until approximately midnight on 8/25, and it is now after midnight on 8/28 and the work is still occurring. Please confirm the EXCA/occupancy permit number and whether this contractor has an authorized night-work permit. If the permitted hours are 9:30 AM–3:30 PM as CIU previously stated, please have CIU investigate the work occurring outside those hours.
