29 High St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129Unidentified neighbor puts old door and bag of trash leaning against side of our house in Cedar Street. I believe City of Boston requires trash to be in a proper receptacle in front of one’s own house. Our trash is in proper bin on driveway.
