22 Annabel St, Dorchester, Ma, 02125There is a dark SUV parked in front of a fire hydrant, completely blocking access to the hydrant. It is at 22 Annabelle street, Dorchester 02125. It has been there for at least half an hour, no hazard lights or indication that they intend to move the car. It doesn't make sense there were at least four open spots on the street when I walked by
