    I would like to report some frost heaves outside of the following addresses 641 and 637 Parker Street. Also on Harrison Avenue outside of Boston Medical Center there are missing bricks in the sidewalk and are an ADA disaster waiting to happen because the holes that have been created are dangerous for any handicapped person.
