    Disturbing the Peace/Noise ordinance violation at Kenwood St. near Washington St. Every Saturday a "street preacher" yelling, excessive outcries, and exclamations with a microphone, is audible well beyond 500 feet down Kenwood St, a residential street. This goes on for hours every Saturday morning and afternoon. Disturbing the Peace, violating the Plainly Audible Distance rules.
