Building at 16 Paris Street, keeps taking out their trash in simple plastic bags and keeps bringing it in front of the 18 Paris Street Building and piling it up on the base of a young tree! They have been doing this for months, the poor tree has almost died a couple of times because of the amount of trash they take out and recline on it.
