  • Residential Trash out Illegally

    It appears that individuals who do not reside in our unit are depositing garbage outside, both on non-collection days and collection days. Today, while leaving the house around 645am, we I observed a large white painter’s van driving away. Immediately afterward, I noticed approximately ten large black trash bags left outside. The bags appeared to contain construction-related debris, including empty paint cans and other materials. This type of dumping has occurred repeatedly on a weekly basis. We are concerned about non-residents are using our location as an unauthorized dumping site. Our neighbors have posted signs saying we need to clean up our act and it’s become an issue within our neighborhood, and we have received two citations in the past two months alone. I respectfully request that the City investigate this matter.
