20 Flagship Ave, Charlestown, Ma, 02129The navy yard park has litter all over. the anchor beer garden cleaned up their area very nicely within their beer garden perimeter, but have done nothing for the rest of the park.The anchor brought the attendees to the area.So the anchor staff needs to clean up the entire park, If they can't manage the cleanup an 800 person event should not be permitted
