    Parking tickets being issued at a dormant driveway at 131 Endicott St . This is not a live driveway and has not been for over 15 years. There is zero parking in the north end and now residents are getting tickets for parking in a spot we have used everyday forever - there is a curb cut however the garage is filled with work tools etc . It is not a a drive way.
