EMERGENCY STRUCTURAL & ELECTRICAL HAZARD: Requesting an urgent inspection by a City Electrical Inspector and Code Enforcement. This unit is suffering from a severe, documented structural electrical grounding fault and stray voltage leak that has been active since October 2025 and returned on July 2, 2026.Electrical currents are actively leaking through the building's infrastructure, charging the structural walls, the plumbing fixtures (toilet seat), and the flooring. The current was so severe it was shaking my bed and waking me up nightly. To protect myself from active electrical shock, I have been forced to dismantle my bed frame, insulate my chair legs with rubber cushions, and prop my feet up on a plastic container just to avoid touching the floor.Furthermore, unsealed structural wall-fan gaps continue to allow adjacent apartment air directly into my bedroom space. As a disabled tenant with severe vision loss and Chronic Kidney Disease, being subjected to electrical currents in my own home is an immediate life-safety hazard. Management has failed to investigate or repair this grounding fault. Photos of the forced medical and structural adaptations (taped-down CPAP, insulated chair legs, and plastic foot barriers) are attached to this report.
