A black Toyota, license plate 5RFY87, is parked on Mascoma Street in Dorchester playing extremely loud music/bass at approximately 4:20 a.m. The music is so loud that the vehicle is visibly vibrating and the noise can be heard inside nearby homes. It is disturbing residents at this hour. Please send someone to address the noise disturbance
