Description: Everyday there are cars blocking the intersection that make it impossible for others vehicles to make a left onto Valenti Way. This cause more backups as the drivers trying to turn left sit through many light cycles or resort to running the red light just to be able to get by. Can better enforcement and ticketing be used to remedy this unsafe situation?
