- Neighbor's toilet exploded inside of house, now the cleaning people are dumping lots of urine and feces water all the way down the street and it doesn't smell good. I would have to say there must be a safer and more healthier way of cleaning up the toilet and carpet problem.. We the neighbor's shouldn't have to smell this stuff all day. It gross and somebody gotta do something about this smelly contaminated water. Please send somebody!! :(
