    Case Resolved | Numerous dogs off leash in the Public Gardens. Some of the dogs off leash had been spoken to before, once again all dog owners were told where the off leash area was and that the public gardens was not one of the areas. Stated to all parties if there were problems or concerns about areas,they should contact the parks department and also suggested they CC: Amanda, Director of AC&C (Patti Jones, Officer #113)
