- I have seen several recent inquiries with no response from the city on this matter. The city owned parking lot on Foster Street is in disrepair. I asked a surveyor and he says the fence is on city property. The fence is about to fall down and seriously injury someone. The lot needs to be repaved and wheel stops should be installed so cars stop driving into the fences. Please fix this matter before someone is injured. | Park owner: [BPRD]
