Description: There's a homeless man living next door to my house on a private property. He's been there for 2 weeks now. I'm assuming the owner of the property isn't aware. The homeless man has brought in a lot of his belongings and it's basically looking like an apartment. I'm trying to rent out the apartments but having him next door isn't looking right.
