- Is anyone analyzing the new Washington St/Endicott St/ Causeway St traffic light setup? Why have Endicott St have it's own light? Does the city want more cars to use Endicott St as cut through? The traffic has been horrible since this new setup was implemented. It has caused a traffic jam in that whole part of the city for over a week at all hours. Traffic has been backed up on Cross St beyond the North End. If this is causing traffic like this in August I don't want to see September gridlock.
