- Exposed bolts in sidewalk area at the corner of cross & Salem streets, North End. Very dangerous. I saw 2 people walk into them. With one person toppling. If the DPW or whatever Dept was responsible could get a saw or grinder and take those things out no one would get hurt. Thank you
