Description: Trash pickup used to occur at the school and at Villa Francesca between 4:30-5AM (which was annoying enough). For the past 2 weeks, trash pickup has been coming at 3:30AM and then AGAIN at 4:30AM. I haven't slept a full night's sleep since September- is there anything that can be done about this??
