Description
When they did utility work on Rutherford Avenue they did a horrible job with the asphalt replacement. These potholes along the asphalt repair seam are likely to make a cyclist fall into the flow of traffic. Please do the following: 1. Re-stripe this section of Rutherford Avenue the paint is almost all gone anyway. When you re-stripe make the shoulder a little wider now the travel lanes and move them a little farther from the curb. 2.
