- Opening a new issue since my previous one has gone without response for months. We need someone to do a speed survey of Kinross/Lanark, and soon. Cars drive at insane speeds along here, and I've witnessed many near pedestrian hits due to vehicles driving too fast to see kids, elderly residents, or really anyone walking. I'm not sure who handles this kind of thing, but we need it before something happens.
