- This resident obtained these signs for his child's birthday party. There have been no moving vehicles in this spot today. One delivery cake truck early today. It not park in the spot. They have also done the same a few years ago. If these permits are kept on file, you will notice they obtain them about the same time of year. It is already an issue trying to find parking in the South End without saving parking for personal parties. Looking forward to hear from you about an update on this issue. Thank you. Randy Boudreau
