Description: Bike lane is still being used as truck parking. I pointed out the "no parking" sign to the driver. He said he was aware of it, but when asked why he parked anyway he said that there is no other parking. This bike lane is extremely unsafe to leave, as cars speed from the previous light along Comm Ave. It needs to be protected.
