- Hello! I live at 900 Beacon Street in Boston and my property manager has been giving me the runaround on fixing a major leak into my rented parking spots for over a year. The water runoff smells of waste and the property manager is describing it as groundwater. My partner and I have requested to move parking spots but that request has been denied. Any insight of where to get more information on how to address this situation would be hugely appreciated. I am concerned about long term exposure to potential wastewater (if it is such) and what my rights are in this situation. Thank you for your time!
