Description
No ramp at this crosswalk. This design forces wheelchairs and strollers into traffic to go down the ramp on the other side, then go back around to pick up the sidewalk. This is very dangerous. This is the intersection of Richmond Street and commercial Street at the Mercantile wharf building. Please make this intersection handicap and stroller accessible.
