Description: I observers this light, which guards only a pedestrian crosswalk, for about ten minutes. In that ten minutes I watched four or five cars completely fail to stop while the light was red, and another seven or eight fail to stop for either the stop line or crosswalk stopping only once they got to the red aspect. Please fine attached some video links of the issue in action.
