- To whom it may concern, I am writing to pass on some accolades for Bill who sweeps and cleans the North End streets. I've been a resident of the North End for close to 20 years now and want to express what a pleasure it is to see Bill on a daily basis. Not only does he work extremely hard, he greets all residents with a smile, hello and a positive attitude. I hope he stays on the job as long as possible and kudos to the city of Boston for hiring such a gentleman. I can only hope other neighborhoods have someone as terrific as Bill.
