Description: Illegal plumbing work. Landlord comes at night and on the weekends and does illegal unpermitted plumbing and electrical work on this illegal boarding house. Tub and other plumbing waste in pile on side of house. There is also a sink on 2nd floor front porch. House is used as illegal boarding room house. Noise and fights happen on a regular basis. Police had to be called again last weekend.
