Put the 2% of property sales collected from Navy Yard residents, the hundreds of thousands of dollars collected from Navy Yard land lease residents and the annual maintenance and repairs fees collected from Navy Yard Condominiums to use in CHARLESTOWN. Fix the Harborwalk before more people are injured, before tourists return, before activating more alcohol related venues in the Navy Yard. The Harborwalk is a treasure. Let's maintain it for EVERYONE.
