- This stretch of St. James Ave. between Berkeley and Clarendon Streets is one of the worst pieces of roadway I have ever seen. To say pothole would imply that there is a hole. This road feels like has more hole than it does road. It?s probably already on a list for resurfacing but I thought I?d bump it up a notch.
