- Just giving feedback based on someones 311 complaint/case. A category for homeless is not a good idea as the 311 App should never be used for emergencies as it is not always attended to. I do however believe there needs to be more notes for people not to report emergencies through the 311 App. Maybe adding what situations should be reported to 911. Everyday it seems like people take the time to go on this app rather than call 911. So I suggest more 911 messages in red and a app redesign.
