- Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1] Violation noise ordinance These strikers at Battery wharf have been protesting for MONTHS (not since today, their first day of official strike) and they are violating neighborhood noise ordinance. This is wildly disturbing to the neighborhood and it has been for months. This is torturous for all of us in the neighborhood who have nothing to do with this problem. Please help us!
