- This building continues to be a homeless person refuge, and is getting worse and worse. It is dirty and dangerous, and is at the gateway to our beautiful North End. As a woman with a new baby, I am afraid to walk by there. I shouldn't feel afraid to walk around my neighborhood. When is the building owner going to be held responsible for this and do something about it?! The city needs to step in and do something to clean this up ASAP!
