- 1/4 of the north end has no parking Sunday signs. There are one million construction projects. Where do you expect residents to park??? I have lived here for 10 years and this is an all time low. I've been looking for parking for over 30 minutes at 3 pm. It's insane. STOP GIVING OUT PERMITS
