Description
Verizon installed fiber on private way and now road is a disaster and will get worse throughout the winter. Requesting that Verizon properly repave entire street. Residents on this street had to pave the road in the past and now it will have to be paved much sooner. None of the residents on Wallace Ct requested this utility work.

    Case Resolved | Dear Constituent, The Boston Public Works Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) Inspector investigated and determined the following: Your street is a private way. The City of Boston cannot do any roadway improvements or comment on any construction taking place on a private way. As a courtesy the City will reach out to the Verizon and emphasize they need to a good repair and meet our paving standards .
