- The developer claimed the building at 388-390 West 4th Street in south boston was set to be 35 ft high. They have added an additional floor on the the roof that brings the building well over 50 ft high. Was this additional floor approved by the zoning board? What was the variance granted for this property? The developer is providing misinformation to the abutters. Please advise on this matter. Thank you
