Description: These broken sidewalk bumps/raised domes that are meant to aid visually impaired people are located at the corner of Wendell Street and Broad Street. I saw someone (not visually impaired) trip over them when they were dry as there is a large hole, which gets filled when it rains or snows. I wonder if these broken bumps are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act as they could cause issues with visually impaired people Thank you
