Description: This vehicle has been Parked at the end of the street for more than one week, no plates, unregistered. When BTD and the tow truck came the response from these representatives of this city department was that the person who left the car on the street fixes vehicles on the street (illegally), many of the cars parked at the end of this street he is currently working on. They will not tow or ticket.
