- There is an alley between 49 Charter and 57 Charter. At the back of the alley, there is a wood fence that people CONSTANTLY throw trash over. This ends up in the small park behind 57 and 61 Charter. I have to pick up other people's illegally dumped trash at least once every other week, and it is quite frustrating. The trash is filled with items that have the individuals' names, and I would love for the City to find those individuals and hold them accountable.
