- There are constantly people playing on the playground at Porzio Park. When there aren't kids using the equipment it is being used as a dog park. Is there any way to do a more effective job of closing the playground for the safety of the neighborhood?

Case Noted | At this time, we are asking residents to practice social distancing in the City of Boston and parks are open for passive use. The City has not implemented any fines or for failure to observe social distancing guidelines. Parks staff has placed new signage in courts citywide printed with the follow statement, "To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and encourage social distancing, group sports activities are suspended. This includes but not limited to: basketball, soccer, street hockey, tennis and pickleball." Residents should continue to contact 311 with any COVID-19 related inquiries.
