Description: Stupid family. Child with a container of what must have been homemade bubbles, because they were in a red plastic cup, standing just outside Village Market and then walked down Corinth to bus stop at Wash and Poplar, and the kid was blowing bubbles. Think spit. Think corona virus. You may think, well it's detergent and spit. Tell that to anyone whose face or skin or clothes it may have landed on.
