Description
Some department (gas, electric, water, etc) was doing work at the intersection of Cedar and Washington and they had to dig up the road. They placed steel plates on top of the hole, presumably because they weren't able to finish the work. The problem is that when a truck or otherwise large vehicle drives over the steel plates, it creates an incredibly noisy sound. When this happens at 3 in the morning, it wakes up... everyone in a 500 ft radius. Please complete work or fix the steel plates ASAP.
