Description: Loud, low, continuous thrumming or vibration in West Roxbury. Extremely disturbing and unabated 24-7. Many neighbors have noted this as well. It is. Ot a new sound but has become louder and more frequent recently. It sounds industrial, from the direction of Hancock Village.
