- Between 18,20 and 22 Tarleton road properties, there is short road. Several huge trees along it. When I bought the house 6 and half years ago. The previous owner said the trees are not in our property and should belong to city. Now the trees are dying. The big trunk branch fallen off couple times on my deck and almost stuck us. Could you send some staff take a look those trees? Thanks!

Case Noted | The trees in question along the driveway for 18 & 20 Tarleton Rd are not cared for by the BPRD. The BPRD only maintains trees planted within city owned sidewalks on city owned streets. As seen in the case photos the trees are not planted within a sidewalk and are on the lawn of private property.
