Description: Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-7] American a Legion Playground needs to be locked up at night or needs a police detail while closed. Every night between 10pm-3am there is a group a guys that come and sit at the tables or leaning up against the cars in the area blasting music, screaming, yelling, drinking. They throw their trash over the fence or leave it on the side walk. Beer cans left everywhere. Some of them have moped scooters that they pull right up to the landing and rev the engines for 20 mins then speed off setting off car alarms. Once 2am rolls around they pull up in their cars with illegal exhausts they set off multiple fireworks, Roman candles etc. waking our whole house. I respect all police but when we Call 911 and no one shows up it becomes extremely frustrating.
